| Both of the guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home affording the guests lots of privacy. |
| * Do the rooms have private baths? |
| Not only do they have private baths, but they have private sitting areas as well. |
| * Is there a TV in the room? |
| No, however, there is a TV with Satellite service and a VCR and DVD player as well as an assortment of movies located in the family room "lounge" on the 1st floor. |
| * What time is check-in and check-out? |
| Unless prior arrangements are made, guests are encouraged to check in between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. and should check out by 11:00 a.m. |
| * What time is breakfast - can it be earlier if needed? |
| Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. Monday - Thursday and 9:00 a.m. Friday - Sunday. If you need an earlier start to the day, special arrangements can be made. |
| * Are children allowed? |
| Well behaved children 12 years of age and older are welcome! |
| * Is there off street parking? |
| Yes, most definitely. We are the only establishment on the property. |
| * Do the innkeepers live in the same building? |
| Yes, in private quarters. |
| * What about guest's pets? |
| Although we are pet lovers, out of consideration to our guests who may have allergies, guest pets are not permitted on the premises. |
| * Do the innkeepers have pets? |
| We have one loveable inside dog who is restricted to our quarters only. We also claim the wild deer, turkey, and birds that frequent our feeders. |
| * Is smoking limited to outside? |
| Yes, the B & B is smoke free; smoking is restricted to the porches and pool area. |
| * Are you handicapped accessible? |
| Unfortunately not, since both guest rooms are on the 2nd floor we do not feel that we are readily accessible to those who have difficulty with stairs. |
| * What other services do you offer? |

Home made "goodies" as well as an assortment of cold beverages (including wine and beer) are always available. In addition, the rooms are equipped with in-room refrigerators, coffee makers, alarm clocks, hair dryers and a fully stocked medicine cabinet for the little things often forgotten when traveling. Each of the rooms has an electric fireplace that can provide atmosphere with or without supplemental heat.
